Review content:
Los Rosales is a fabulous Mexican restaurant that does not serve your average Mexican food. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the menu is unique and goes beyond what you might expect at a Mexican restaurant. Their ceviche is, no doubt, the best you will get in Nashville and the pricing is very reasonable. The Nopales salad with apple and raisins is a treat that you rarely see at other Mexican restaurants in town. Their carnitas are the best in town, and they are actually made correctly by stewing the meat and then lightly frying them so that they are crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. Their chips are homemade rather than from a bag and are delicious! On top of all the great food, their services is fantastic. I was never out of water and they constantly made sure that we were happy with our food without being intrusive. I highly recommend that everybody visit this lovely restaurant!
