I live about 30 minutes or so away from Los Rosales, but it would be dangerous for me to live closer, because I would eat there A LOT.
The service is wonderful, the staff VERY friendly. The food is freshly prepared and the presentation is beautiful. I am a vegetarian and the selection is great. I have had the stuffed avocado with pistachios one time and the stuffed peppers another time, and both meals were wonderful. I have tried the flamed mango for dessert - had some lighter fluid type taste to it, so I would recommend the Mango cheesecake instead... VERY YUMMY. I had a regular margarita and it was delicious... not too overpowering and it went well with the meal. Both times I have gone, they were not busy, which surprised me, since the quality of the food and service far surpasses any mexican restaurant I have been to here in the Nashville area.
I would definitely recommend Los Rosales and i can't wait to go back!!!
Pros: Good ambience, DELICIOUS food, and great service.
Cons: Too far from where I live! :(
