I love the Orleans, thats right you heard me! I know a lot of people don't like it, I've even heard it called a dive but I really don't think they've acutally stayed there when they say that. Rooms are very big for the price complete with a little sitting area and two nice big (or one huge) bed! The returants are the best value at all most any hotel you can think of. The italian place may be one of my favorites in the country (you have to try the twice baked lasanga!!! One of my top 10 atf meals I've ever had!!!), Great Sushi place (maybe best Philly I've ever had!!!), a good cajun place, a mexican place and if your losing your shirt in the casinos it has a 16 screen movie house and even a bowling alley...needless to say it would be great for families, but ironicly I didn't see many the three times I've stayes there. My favorite strip hotel is the Luxor, my favorite downtown/old vegas hotel is the Golden Nugget and The Orleans is by far my favorite value hotel in Vegas...you seriously cannot beat it! Pros: Great food place, great rooms for price Cons: off strip, no other hotels right around it
