Review content:
HORRIBLE PLACE!!! Do your research beyond just the reviews (positives were likely posted by their own staff). The place is out of control and needs to be taken over by responsible people. Board of directors need to be replaced also. It is despicable and an embarrassment to the City of Houston, but more importantly, it is a hell-hole for thousands of innocent animals who cannot fend for themselves. I would never take a stray to them.....EVER!
