Review content:
We use them regularly and to date have been pleased. However, I just picked up my king size comforter and noticed that it has been ripped and BADLY sewn back together. Not only did they not mention it when I picked it up but they charged me for having it laundered as well. At the very least, I should not have had to pay to have it laundered. . . they just tried to tell me that I brought it to them with two holes which I did not - it was brand new and that the sewing took a long time and I should be glad they didn't charge me for the sewing service. . . just lost our business.
