Review content:
The first time we went to Rocky's at 2:00 p.m. on a Saturday, we were immediately seated on the outside deck. However, we left after sitting 15 minutes without a single server addressing us while four servers stood around a work station laughing with one another. That was to be my last time but my father asked us to join him for my second trip. Again, our server could not be found when we needed napkins, silverware, drink refills, and our check. I left the table three times to ask the manager to assist us with our needs. He apologized each time but service didn't get any better until, of course, the server finally brought us our check with a big happy tip-hungry smile. That's it, not again. Rocky's was a great restaurant when it was in its original location. It's a shame I can't go back to a place my family trusted for over 30 years and get the same great service and food. I can only guess that the good reviews on here must be Rocky's management trying to save face.
