Review content:
I love the Podge. Their selection of high-quality utensils, cookware, and other kitchen items (especially teapots, lovely copper molds, and cookie cutters) is great, and not like what you find everywhere else. Their prices are excellent (I've never been clear on whether they're a discount store or not) ; a few years ago I bought a ton of canning supplies--a HUGE pot with a rack in it, a very high-quality jar lifter, and a wide-mouth canning funnel--for about $30. They carry a lot of unusual food items: I've found international products and spices there that I've never seen anywhere else in Buffalo (even Wegman's, which carries a lot of international stuff). They have some neat gourmet snack foods and nice candy, too. The store always smells wonderful, and the people who work there (I've only seen one or two over the years) are extremely pleasant and helpful. Going to the Podge is always just a treat!
