My 90-year-old mother took her Ford Escort to Best Muffler last week because it was noisy, and the Ford dealership had previously recommended their work. The tech told her that they could fix the problem. Five minutes & $79 later, the tech said that the muffler was fixed.
This week the muffler was even noisier so Mom took the car back to Best Muffler and asked Dwayne why the muffler was still noisy. Instead of informing Mom as to how the problem could be remedied, he screamed at her and said he wouldn't touch her car. "Take your car to Monro or somewhere else," he yelled, "I'm not going to fix it!"
Based on the rudeness and lack of service at Best Muffler, I recommend that senior steer clear of Best Muffler.
