Let me first start by saying that I was a loyal customer of Spectrym until a couple of weeks ago when I scheduled a blow-out and when i showed up, it turns out the girl didnt really know what she was doing and I was still charged $36 plus tip for the lousy blow-out! She had two other people show her HOW to do it, if thats the case, why charge me full amount? and why lie to me over the phone when I asked if they had someone who was experienced at straightening hair/blow-outs!!!
today I was looking around Forest Hills looking at different salons and I walked into this one which is hidden a corner in Austin street. I didnt know what to expect! The receptionist was very friendly! She told me I could get a hair cut today no need to wait. My stylist was Giovanni. He gave me a lot of good advice and believe me, as a curly-haired girl, its NOT easy finding good stylists out there. I LOVE my new haircut! It is exactly what I wanted! I am definitely coming back!Thank you Giovanni!!
Pros: excellent stylists, friendly staff and very nice salon
Cons: none that i can recall!
