I have been going to this Salon for 6 years. Love my amazing stylists. Within the passed year the salon isn't what it use to be. Spending 4-5 hours for my services, no one really ...

I have been going to this Salon for 6 years. Love my amazing stylists. Within the passed year the salon isn't what it use to be. Spending 4-5 hours for my services, no one really managing the salon. Shuffling my feet through hair on the floor from prior clients. Salon is dirty. I think more time is focused on decorating the salon rather than focusing on the stylists over bookings and the clientele's satisfactory. When going to get my hair done I expect it to be a relaxing, enjoyable rather than chaos. more

Hair color 12/4/2012
