Review content:
Discovery place in Charlotte is a good place to bring the children who are curious about science, anatomy. They will learn about chemistry with a show that lets the kids interact with the scientists. Their rate basket ball is pretty cool as well. At this moment they are having the Grossology and they can learn about all the stuff that gross them out.
In the basement, there is a mini aquarium and enjoy electricity show near the exit. For the young kids, there is a place where they can play with water and get their face stamped.
The cafetaria serves pizza, burgers and salads and are reasonably priced.
If you are a frequent visitor, get the annual pass, which gives you admission to special events and 4 complimentary IMAX theater tickets.
If you decide to go on the weekend, you can park either on the street or look for the free parking at certain parking houses. If you park at the Discovery Place parking lot, it might cost you around $8 to park your car
