Review content:
We bought a clearace, two-piece microfiber couch last september. It was delivered for about $40.00 -- no problem. It did not have a warranty on it. I accidentally burned a hole in the seat cushion fabric. I moved all of my things to a storage unit in Dover, and called and asked if they could fix it. Come to find out, the fabric had a year-long warranty, and the burn hole was covered under that! I paid $10.00 to get the cushion fabric replaced AND they came and picked it up and dropped it off at my convenience... from Clarksville to Dover... at NO extra charge. I believe they do overprice on certain things, but as far as employee to buyer relations, they did an excellent job!
Pros: Employee to buyer relationships.
Cons: Higher priced merchandise.
