Their selection is amazing, we had been nearly everywhere in Clarksville and were on the fence about which set to get. We wanted the most for our money, and we wanted good customer service. We were greeted at the door, told the woman exactly what we were looking for and she started showing us around. We found out dream bedroom set very quickly, and some extras we wanted they were flexible with the prices. When they delivered, they were courteous and quick! The delivery charge was very inexpensive for the amount that they had to deliver! I am furniture shopping again for our living room soon and will deifinitely give our money to this business! more

We bought a clearace, two-piece microfiber couch last september. It was delivered for about $40.00 -- no problem. It did not have a warranty on it. I accidentally burned a hole in the seat cushion fabric. I moved all of my things to a storage unit in Dover, and called and asked if they could fix it. Come to find out, the fabric had a year-long warranty, and the burn hole was covered under that! I paid $10.00 to get the cushion fabric replaced AND they came and picked it up and dropped it off at my convenience... from Clarksville to Dover... at NO extra charge. I believe they do overprice on certain things, but as far as employee to buyer relations, they did an excellent job! Pros: Employee to buyer relationships. Cons: Higher priced merchandise. more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.THIS PAST DECEMBER WE ORDERED A COMPLETE BEDROOM SUITE,PAID $1,000 DOWN AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE IN AND DELIVERED IN 90 DAYS.FOUR MONTHS LATER,NO DELIVERY.HAD TO FIGHT TO GET OUR MONEY BACK(WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND)THEY WERE NOT HAPPY AND ACTED SO.WE WERE TOLD THE MANAGER WAS OUT OF TOWN(THE PERSON WE DEALT WITH ON THE PURCHASE).WENT TO MATTRESS EXPRESS AND BOUGHT A BETTER QUALITY SUITE AND MATTRESS.AND IT WAS DELIVERED ON TIME.TRUST ME,YOUR MONEY WOULD BE BETTER SPENT SOMEWARE ELSE.
