Review content:
This place is crap. I moved here from Minnesota and I have never seen such horrible service anywhere; let alone a bank. The "ladies" behind the bullet proof glass are never available to help anyone even though there is 5 or 6 of them on duty. Only 1 or 2 will ever be available to help people in the branch. I have gone in there and had to wait because they were all ordering their big macs for lunch. This is no joke.
It is unprofessional and also unreliable. I deposited CASH the same day. My available balance said that I had that cash ready to use as soon as I left the bank, so I transferred money, paid bills, etc. The next day I look at my account and I have an OVERDRAFT fee for $44! I was livid. The funny thing was I was able to make purchases the night before at the supermarket. How could I have done that if my account was overdrawn? It's impossible. I don't even think it is just this branch. I think that this whole bank is a fraud.
Pros: They are linked to Wells Fargo
Cons: Long Lines, Lazy People, Rude, Unappologetic
