Wachovia Bank

This place is crap. I moved here from Minnesota and I have never seen such horrible service anywhere; let alone a bank. The "ladies" behind the bullet proof glass are never available to help anyone even though there is 5 or 6 of them on duty. Only 1 or 2 will ever be available to help people in the branch. I have gone in there and had to wait because they were all ordering their big macs for lunch. This is no joke. It is unprofessional and also unreliable. I deposited CASH the same day. My available balance said that I had that cash ready to use as soon as I left the bank, so I transferred money, paid bills, etc. The next day I look at my account and I have an OVERDRAFT fee for $44! I was livid. The funny thing was I was able to make purchases the night before at the supermarket. How could I have done that if my account was overdrawn? It's impossible. Well, most of us have to use banks, but I would recommend giving this branch a big miss. The customer service is non existent and those staff that wish to help do not seem to know the answers ... and no matter how much they run around, they also cannot seem to find anyone that will assist them. The lines are long and when visiting this branch, I often rely on the ATM and the available phones to contact someone in the know. An unpleasant experience overall.
