I have my birthday in less than two weeks and last night i paid $120 for hair color that is incomplete, definitely not the color that i want. They ackowledged that its not what i wanted also. To top it off, i was told to come back for a redo touch up to get the shade that i want but for an additional redo fee. The service was Horrid--my hairstylist was complaining about her day and how messy it is to do my hair, kept pulling my scalp and hair roughly, took 5 hours ( i was there from 5:30 to 10:30). THIEVES and what a SHAMEFUL EMBARRASSMENT for such a brand name. They insisted i pay full price for my hair color(even though its not the color i wanted and they ackowledged that its not the color). DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL --they are rude and dont care about your hair whatsoever.
