Rude employees and manager 3/1/2012

I went for a cut , my third time and I had to listen to 3 students whine about having to cut my hair. When I tried to explain my bad experience manager Josseline, who avoided my complaint and I guess I can't blame her since she was laughing and whining with her subordinates at the front desk where I could hear their conversation. I explained my experience to Katie Graves (asst. director) She stated in her email I made one student "very uncomfortable" So the professional Katie Graves told me to go to another salon. I have been buying PM products for 20 years. I did not raise my voice or use unprofessional language and this is how they handle a simple customer service complaint. In the Paul Mitchell school waiting area they have several posters explaining professionalism; I guess it's all for show. Customer service is easy employee Cynthia and Student Courtney were very professional and performed their trade very well. Too bad poor leadership can turn something small into a customer service problem. What I took from director Katie Graves email was don't expect professionalism from the Paul Mitchell school students or the Managers. more

Amazing! 7/19/2011

Once you walk into the place, you check in and fill out some papers and then grab a seat. They have magazines and refreshments since the wait could take awhile. I forgot the name of the girl who did my hair but she was amazing! She asked me a ton of questions which was good because it helped her figure out what type of style my hair needs. Then the instructor came by to confirm the cut and we were off to shampoo my hair. more

My favorite: The 15.00 Deep conditioning treatment with scalp massage, left my hair super soft and shiny, the price was unbelievable. I would normally pay three times that amount at other salons. more

Wonderful 7/7/2011

Wonderful. Jess was so kind & fun to get to know. Most of all she turned my disaster long hair into a beautiful color & cut that I can easily manage w/ my lifestyle. Everyone @ the school was so outstanding, I will be back!@!! Thank you all so much - Better results than most salons where cost is higher. more

TONY at Paul Mitchell the school was very helpful, he made sure I was taken care of!!.... I had the best experience here! My hair turned out great and I managed to save some money in the process. The entire staff was helpful and the students were amazing. They do take a little bit longer, but I guess thats expected. Great music, great energy!! I would recommend this place to anyone! more

i went to the pmts last week and got a full head of low light and haircut i got a awesome girl named BEBE she did an amazing job the low light look very natural.she was also very fast throughout the whole service. the haircut is perfect i cant wait to go back next month for a retouch check this school out and ask for BEBE #2347 in phase 1 she is sweet, and very good at what she does. youll be really happy that you asked for her. more

I went to Paul Mitchell the school this weekend and got my hair cut by Rebecca. She was fabulous and did an amazing job on my hair. Because she knows what she is doing she didn't have to keep checking with an instructor and it went pretty fast. This is the second time she has cut my hair and it won't be the last...she rocks! more

I had my hair cut and colored by Andrea G. #2190 in September when I was on vacation in San Diego - it was awesome! She took great care to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I felt like I was in a world-class salon! I can't wait to come back to Andrea. The teachers clearly care that the students are learning and applying their skills properly. Thanks for the great experience! more

I loved my trim 6/1/2011

The PM school salon is great! I went there a little hesitant as they are students not yet licensed, but I had a wonderful experience as a result of my stylist. Ann D. was amazing and I would recommend her to anyone! I met her at PM and she was very comforting, friendly and attentive to what my needs were. The wash was relaxing and I loved my trim and blow dry. I have been back since our initial meeting for styling and WOW she does wonders with up-dos and the curling iron! Ladies if you have a special occassion book an appt with Ann D. for hair so she can make you feel like a movie star! I will use Ann D. for any and all hair treatments, she has a client for life! more

amazing scalp massage 5/19/2011

The service was professional and friendly. I was offered refreshments a few times and they always made sure I was happy with the service. Dayana does an amazing scalp massage while your hair is conditioning. Jordan made may hair look polished with a bit of product, a round brush, and a hair dryer. more

YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!!! 5/17/2011

As a single man who goes to bars and clubs frequetly, I like to look nice. I've gone to several different hair salons to get my hair cut. Although my hair turns out alright, it's never exactly what I was looking for. Today, I decided to make an apointment with Brooklyn #2354 at Paul Mitchell because I've heard a ton of great things about her and have a few buddies who also get their hair done by her. I LOVED IT! She greeted me with such a beautiful welcoming smile and was so friendly the entire time. There wasn't a quiet moment. [shes quite the comedian]. She knew exactly what I was looking for and gave me just that. The cut was AMAZING and she gave me such a relaxing shampoo, scalp massage. I'D RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE!!!!! GO SEE BROOKLYN #2354 !! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!!! more

I first went to the salon desperately in need of highlights. Kate was fantastic! I would recommend her to anyone. She made sure she knew exactly what effect wanted and then explained the different possibilities. She did a great job and my hair looks so much better. I just went back for a cut, which also looks great. I am definitely going to go back. more
