I compared prices and customer service at several dealerships prior to purchasing my new 2011 F-250. I found Dave and Michael to be extremely helpful and friendly. They both dealt with me and my wife with respect and courtesy. Dave was a wealth of knowledge and support during the process of negotiating price and options on our new truck. Mike was very helpful in completing the paperwork and then introducing us to our new truck when it arrived. We had a very pleasant experience and would return again to Henry Day Ford for future purchases. We hope that the Service Department is as professional and qualified as the new car sales department.
