Review content:
Good: Dr. Cleary. Bad: Fees, policies, rudeness, horrible customer service, lack of compassion, and always the run around. My family has had so many issues with this office. My sisters were late on their appointments by 1 minute and were charaged a late fee. Then when they were disputing it for a couple of weeks they sent them to collections and separatated them from the practice.. Improvements: All the "didn't likes" to be dealt with.. Other: I was also separated from the practice b/c they perscribed me steroids and medications to take care of my non-allergy something rhinitis. I was hyper, sweating and my heart was always beating fast. Walgreens said I shouldn't be taking them. And when I called the doctors at the office about it they said they did what they could. Then a week later I got a nice little letter in the mail saying I broke the Doctor/patient relationship and was being separated from the office. They knew it was wrong!.
