Review content:
This is my neighborhood locksmith and I feel really lucky cuz they're SO wonderful. Had the handle of my lock fall off in my hand the other day and called them right away They had someone here within an hour of my call to look at it and it seems the entire lock had to be replaced. Shortly after, another employee came to change the lock. He seemed very meticulous, checking and rechecking that everything lined up properly. When he was satisfied he had me try and retry the lock and key to be sure I was comfortable with it. Great, right?
Well, then he noticed that the door hinges were coming out and he fixed that--it took more than just a screw. Then he noticed that the latch to the doorknob wasn't working properly, so he fixed that. For the first time in over a decade, the door works the way it ought to--it was like getting a whole new door! I have to add that the price was more reasonable than I expected, too. I can't recommend these nice guys enough. I hope you don't need them, but if you do... c
