I am so sorry to do this but I called this company after reading all of these glowing reviews and I was very disappointed. It took them over an hour to get to me and take care of my locks - maybe next time I should say it's an emergency. Once they got here they did the job ok I am just adding this part to make sure I am fair and honest. more

You don't need to look any further! 3/22/2011

Locked the keys in the durango when I was grabbing dinner for the family the other day. I was pretty steamed, mainly because I realized it after I waited 20 minutes for the food. So I called these guys, and I do have to say they got here pretty quick. They opened up the door and I was on my way. And to my surprise, at least the mashed potatoes were still warm! more

Got into the house, had them install new locks. Man, that turned out to be an expensive cup of coffee. But it was tasty. more

I had a job that I needed a professional locksmith that had a broad service base. Not just a specialized open your car door and that is all I do company. My service providers did the job on time, in very short order and were extremely pleasant gentlemen to work with and I would use this company again. The charge was reasonable and saved me a great deal of trouble. more

They just left my house after I called to have new locks installed. I have to say I am very happy with the service they provided. They had a great selection of locks with them and they explained the various options to me in a clear and understandable way. more

definitely good! A++ 12/13/2010

OK, so it was 10pm. I got home and I saw that someone had tried to pry open my lock. Luckily it doesn't appear that they were successful. But I wasn't going to play with the safety of my family or possessions. I ended up having a high security lock installed to make sure that nobody was going to be able to get into the apt EVER! It cost me a few hundred bucks but at least I have peace of mind. more

I called and they came out quick, it was less than i had anticipated being that i had 2 lock changes he did it quickly and cleaned after himself. He and his assistant were very polite, well mannered individuals who seemed to be knowledgeable in their field i appreciate you sending me such a nice guys to assist me thanks. more

Excellent Hoboken Locksmith 10/26/2010

After spending a good amount of my morning looking for a real locksmith company I finally found these guys. Very glad I did. They were simply excellent with our building and even my landlord was excited to see the new locks they installed. If you knew my landlord you would know what a big deal it is to get an actual compliment from him :) Thanks guys. more

Hired them to re-key five lock cores and install a deadbolt. While they could not give me a quote over the phone they sent someone over right away. I Was quoted $200 on the spot as soon as they got here - less then 30 minutes later the job was completed, flawlessly, for $189.67. Everything on the invoice made sense and they were able to email me an itemized receipt for my records - the guy that was here only had mobile receipts on him... The Installer arrived on time and gave me a quote after inspecting each lock. His work was clean - no sawdust or debris from drilling - and checked that each lock worked with each key he handed over to me. I am very happy with these Locksmiths and definitely recommend them. more

A 24 Hr Emergency Locksmith is the locksmith to call in New Jersey 8/27/2010

Let me flat out say it - these guys rock - got here in 20 minutes and did a great job re-keying our house in another 15. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for affordable locksmith service in the area. thanks. more

I highly recommend this company after being locked out from my home at 2 am in the morning they provided real American service at very reasonable prices. I felt very confident in the manner in which the locksmith professionally handled the task and replaced the lock for me with no damage. After being locked out of the house my husband and I decided to replace all our business locks through them as well and they did a fine job with a very good price. more

This is my neighborhood locksmith and I feel really lucky cuz they're SO wonderful. Had the handle of my lock fall off in my hand the other day and called them right away They had someone here within an hour of my call to look at it and it seems the entire lock had to be replaced. Shortly after, another employee came to change the lock. He seemed very meticulous, checking and rechecking that everything lined up properly. When he was satisfied he had me try and retry the lock and key to be sure I was comfortable with it. Great, right? Well, then he noticed that the door hinges were coming out and he fixed that--it took more than just a screw. Then he noticed that the latch to the doorknob wasn't working properly, so he fixed that. For the first time in over a decade, the door works the way it ought to--it was like getting a whole new door! I have to add that the price was more reasonable than I expected, too. I can't recommend these nice guys enough. I hope you don't need them, but if you do... c more

I wanted to take the time to tell you how pleased I am with the Locksmith. I called on a weekday morning and explained I needed a re-key. In about a 1/2 hour David called and said he was on the way. He was at my house in what seemed like a few minutes. I explained what I needed done and he went gave me two options - i decided to go with a new lock on the front door and then have the other locks re-keyed. He went right to work. It took about an hour or so but he finished all the work including the key cutting. He also went over all the things he had to replace from the last locksmith, i.e. tumbler pins etc., that the last locksmith had done wrong. He didn't charge for this he just fix it. He also went over and educated us on locks and security features for our future house. more
