I was referred to Malaika Sharp at Integrated Movement/Massage by a friend. I have had massages before from time to time as a treat. They helped me to relax, but that was short-lived.
While I am sure Malaika does excellent relaxation massages, I was looking for one which incorporated relaxation and therapy. Boy, does she deliver! Malaika is extremely thorough by asking you questions to ensure the pressure is suffice, any health issues you may have, work movements, etc. I had never felt better after just my second massage! I booked three more right away with her. I always look forward to the next one!
Malaika has many types of massage techniques which she incorporates into each session. She always takes great care to ensure you are comfortable and that you maintain your privacy. In addition, her rates are very reasonable and she is flexible in her hours.
I would highly recommend Integrated Movement and Massage Solutions for all your massage needs. Malaika is the best around!
