Me and my husband have been saving up to buy a couch, loveseat, and chair/auto man combo for a pretty long time. Finally when were able to afford it we bought a beautiful cream colored suede type set that was destroyed after about a month after we bought it. Our dog decided to enhance it?s color palette by taking a huge doo-doo right in the middle of our beautiful new couch. It was probably the most emberacing thing in the world to show to the grossed out carpet cleaner that was sent to us by Brooklyn Carpet Cleaners. He said that it was 100% guaranteed too come out which was shocking because it was really really bad. After spending about 2 hours treating the stain and cleaning the couch the end result was a brand new couch as if nothing ever happened. The price was great; we would?ve definitely charged more if someone asked us to treat a dog stain for 2 hours.
Really great company who saved our new couch for a great price.
Pros: fast, fair price, polite staff
Cons: nothing. the service is perfect.
