When my daughter graduated high school we had a party at our home. I was worried about her friends, but it was one of my friends that spilled a glass of red wine all over my oriental rug. Thanks to all the staff at Brooklyn Carpet Cleaners. They were super helpful on the phone. It snowed for a few days and so the delivery guy couldn't make it, but the customer service people were always willing to check in on my carpet for me. When it did arrive it looked amazing. I had a suede sofa that I decided to pass on to my niece and needed to get it cleaned beforehand. I didn't feel it was really dirty, just a few stains that needed to be removed. I thought it would be a nice gesture to the company to let their potential clients know that my niece's mother, my brother's wife, didn't even recognize the sofa when she went to visit her! i called brooklyn carpet cleaners and got an estimate that was a bit high, but when they came they showed me that its better to have the carpets properly cleaned, not just a basic steam cleaning. the carpets are cleaned and feel much softer. more

We've been doing some renovating in my mom's home the last couple of weeks (fixing the floors, deep cleaning the rugs and furniture, replacing the cupboards) and I found these guys for the furniture and rugs. The sofa, loveseat and armchairs were steamcleaned and spot treated, deodorized and sanitized, then given a layer of scotchgaurd. The set is about 11 years old and looks great now. The Oriental rug in the living room and the area rugs in foyer and bedrooms were all picked up and taken in for cleaning. Excellent results. more

I have an oriental rug from Turkey, given to me by my husband's family 15 years ago, and I've been vacuuming it weekly all these years. It's in pretty good condition and we've been lucky as far as avoiding major spills. I still wanted to get a good, thorough clean for once and I was told to do my homework before hiring a company so I wouldn't destroy it. To be honest, they're all pretty much the same as far as pricing. We had about three companies come over to do estimates.I think the key is to find a company with people who know how to fix oriental rugs as well as clean them. They seem to know a bit more. So when the man from this company came over, he talked to us a bit about oriental rugs, dyes, styles and so on, and told us he could fix the fringes too. In the end, we had him do the cleaning and the repair. We're happy with the service. more

I always tell my oldest sun not to eat in the living room. well....that doesn't mean he listens.... he had his friends over and the living room carpet was all filled with coke that was spillt all over it and grease stains. we were supposed to have friends over for my husband's birthday, but the carpet looked awful. I called a friend that always knows the best services, and she told me to call them. so I called and with in that day they showed up at my place, did the job, quickly and politley. our guests asked us if we bought a new carpet... thank you brooklyn carpet cleaners! more

Me and my husband have been saving up to buy a couch, loveseat, and chair/auto man combo for a pretty long time. Finally when were able to afford it we bought a beautiful cream colored suede type set that was destroyed after about a month after we bought it. Our dog decided to enhance it?s color palette by taking a huge doo-doo right in the middle of our beautiful new couch. It was probably the most emberacing thing in the world to show to the grossed out carpet cleaner that was sent to us by Brooklyn Carpet Cleaners. He said that it was 100% guaranteed too come out which was shocking because it was really really bad. After spending about 2 hours treating the stain and cleaning the couch the end result was a brand new couch as if nothing ever happened. The price was great; we would?ve definitely charged more if someone asked us to treat a dog stain for 2 hours. Really great company who saved our new couch for a great price.
