Review content:
I have read the reviews posted in this site , and it is sad that people say things like that . But , in reality , i would like to make it clear for all the user of this site , that all the reviews posted prior to february /09 are critics to the bad management , service and sometimes quality of the food , that the former owners are to blame for, the atmosphere, service and specialy , the quality of the food , are exceptionaly good, not to say , that now , the customers can enjoy a meal , in all of it's stages, appetizers, entrees , desserts, in a orderly manner , as it's suppose to be, without having the food dumped , on the table , making it messy, and unconfortable to eat.not to say about the pre-bussing of the table , wich gives a customer more room , and cleansiness, wich , by the way , is proper service .And to mr. willsmith ,, was a very unfortunate comment , to say that the new owner isn't italian , , as if any italian restaurant in the United States of America has a kitchen staff , that are no other then americans, hispanics, or any nationality other then italian, , if u have ever been to italy , u should know that italian food is acordind to the region in italy that u go to , and the same dish will be different in each region, every food critic , knows or should know that the italian food here in this country is aimed for the american palet , therefore, italian-american food. It just makes me mad how ignorant people can be . well , don't blame the new owner for problems that he has already fixed, just go and try the food and better service, it seems to me that he has only eaten pizza and strombolis, and the only diference is that the new parma doesn't have the specialty pizzas wich u can build acordind to your preference using the toppings available on the new and i would say , better menu
