Review content:
Pretty is an understatement when describing Kincaid's. Breathtaking is more like it. Not to mention that it's located inside a mall. I guess that's what takes you by surprise. The food and service are just as fantastic as the decor, but as a true woman I was sold on the ambience. The bar is huge and appears to be stocked with about every bottle you can think of. It's very ""Frank Sinatra"" with dark wood and club chairs. The dining room carries the same wood with deep, high back booths and intimate tables. As far as food and wine goes, they have a expansive wine list with options in any price range and, believe it or not, their own sommelier. His name is Sam. He's very approachable and not what you picture when you think wine guy. He was able to guide us to a couple of great steals on the menu. He also suggested the chocolate torte with a ruby port. It was an amazing pairing and I'm not even a fan of port. If you go, be sure to try the prime rib. It's rock salt roasted, a concept pretty new to me, but it definitely made a difference in taste. It was moist, tender, juicy and came with garlic mashed potatoes. My husband had the asiago halibut with white wine butter sauce. Amazing. All in all, it was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. We will be back. Pros: Ambience, wine list, service
