Review content:
Good: Doctors Martin and Jim are great doctors. My husband, mother, sister, aunt, uncle, and cousins all see Dr. Martin and he is a caring and compassionate doctor. My daughter sees Dr Jim and he has always been an caring and compassionate doctor and he cares very much for his community in which he lives and works.. Bad: The office staff do not seem to know what they are doing. Billing department is always making mistakes and takes several phone calls to get it resolved and heaven forbid you need to talk to the office manager because she has never been polite to anyone. Also one specific nurse can be very nasty to the patients she needs to retire.. Improvements: Better office staff! Need to clean house and get people in there who know their job well. As for the office manager, she needs an attitude adjustment and if that doesn't work I would recommend firing her. Older nurse, would prefer not to name her, needs to retire because she does not seem to enjoy her job anymore..
