I took my car here early Monday morning and they still hadn't worked on it by Friday. I called mid-week and all the gentleman said on the phone was "we'll get to it in a few days." That's an exact quote, which I remembered because that's all he said. On Friday I went to get my car to take it to another repair place and they weren't even open: no sign on the door, no hours posted, nothing. So, they had my car for five days and all they did was move it to a different parking spot and leave the door unlocked. I would love to give this place a star for something like a personable desk attendant, dazzling phone manners, even a smile, all of which have nothing to do with actual automotive repair. This place lacks what the medical community calls bed-side manner, in addition to their other, more serious, problems. There's plenty of repair places near this one, try your hand with one of those.
