I took my car here early Monday morning and they still hadn't worked on it by Friday. I called mid-week and all the gentleman said on the phone was "we'll get to it in a few days." That's an exact quote, which I remembered because that's all he said. On Friday I went to get my car to take it to another repair place and they weren't even open: no sign on the door, no hours posted, nothing. So, they had my car for five days and all they did was move it to a different parking spot and leave the door unlocked. I would love to give this place a star for something like a personable desk attendant, dazzling phone manners, even a smile, all of which have nothing to do with actual automotive repair. This place lacks what the medical community calls bed-side manner, in addition to their other, more serious, problems. There's plenty of repair places near this one, try your hand with one of those. more

Been going to L&J for about 18 months and am extremely satisfied with the service. A diligent effort is made when there is a need for emergency last minute, unscheduled repairs. They will go out of their way to get the job done ! more

L & J Auto was recommended to me by a friend after I had first moved into the area. The shop has always treated me respectfully and has been honest with the repair and charges for my car. My experience has always been that they do a great job with auto repair and are really good about the turn around time. I even bought a ten year old car off the lot that has been running beautifully for the past 2+ years. I really trust this place! more
