As a loyal customer for more than five years, not a long time I realize, I would like to take a moment of your time to convey my feeling about your dealerships in Erie - first and foremost, the Honda dealership where my family has purchased four autos. I must tell you, that in my 40 years of purchasing cars, I have never felt more comfortable with a sales staff than I do there. I must also comment on your son, Jason, he is by far one of the most polite and personable young men that I have ever met. We have also purchased a truck from your Nissan dealership with almost the same degree of ease and satisfaction. Thank you for actually making customers feel like apart of the family, just like you radio ads state. I can't say enough good things about Jason. A quick example of his great personality was on 7/09/2010 I had returned to the dealership to get an oil change on my wife's car. While waiting for the service to be completed I was walking around the showroom looking at the new cars, when I heard someone call my name. Jason made a point to come out of his office and acknowledge me, I was impressed that he not only took the time, but called me by my first name. I would like to think that you are proud of this young man because in my humble opinion I think he has done you proud! Thank you,
