Mr. Porreco, As a loyal customer for more than five years, not a long time I realize, I would like to take a moment of your time to convey my feeling about your dealerships in Erie - first and foremost, the Honda dealership where my family has purchased four autos. I must tell you, that in my 40 years of purchasing cars, I have never felt more comfortable with a sales staff than I do there. I must also comment on your son, Jason, he is by far one of the most polite and personable young men that I have ever met. We have also purchased a truck from your Nissan dealership with almost the same degree of ease and satisfaction. Thank you for actually making customers feel like apart of the family, just like you radio ads state. I can't say enough good things about Jason. A quick example of his great personality was on 7/09/2010 I had returned to the dealership to get an oil change on my wife's car. I would definitely recommend Bianchi Honda... We felt comfortable the minute we were greeted by Josh on the lot. The car, with Honda's performance ratings, "Sells itself", but Josh took the time to answer all of our questions. The brand is reliable. The overall experience we had was great. As my son's first car-buying experience, it couldn't have gone any better. We intend to be loyal customers! The car-buying experience wasn't even like buying a car but rather like a friend helping you to make a good decision, based on our best needs. No pressure. Went to new motors, champion ford and toyota, and just couldn't find the right deal on a used SUV. My wife recently had another baby and we needed something asap. We were looking to get out of my pontiac into something bigger and I found a perfect 07 cr-v at bianchi honda friday. I never looked at hondas before but now I see why everybody was saying to go check them out. the crv was perfect and I couldn't be happier with the deal I got. the sales person, i think his name was bill, and his sales manager was very nice too. more

They had the best prices and most inventory I could find at any dealership in pennsylvania. BY FAR! They had a no pressure sales staff and it was a stress free experience. Not at all what I was expecting. If you haven't heard about them or been there yet and you live in Erie, you must be in a hole because the dealership is the size of a small castle! I have recommended my sister to go check out the CRV. The style has changed a lot and they are really cool now. I'll stick with my Civics and I think I'm a Honda man for life now! more

I can't praise enough the car buying experience I had w/Bianchi in Erie, PA. Being a single female, buying a car is not one of my favorite things to do. Thank heavens I stumbled upon Ted Rau. He was patient, thorough and informative and within 48 hours I had a new Honda. I would definitely recommend Ted & Bianchi to my friends and relatives without hesitation. Heather in financing is also to be commended. I purchased an Accord, my first four door, what I call a "big girl" car. My husband and I visited several car dealerships and after a couple weekends of car hunting in western pennsylvania and eastern ohio, we found Bianchi Honda to be the best deal on a used Honda Pilot. The manager came out to meet us and he was really nice (and cute!) He ended up giving us a huge discount and we couldn't say no. I'm very happy with the deal and the way we were treated. I normally dread taking my son to anything where business needs to be done but he actually had fun playing in their play area. more

Hands down best dealership I've been to. Very clean showroom and tons of cars to look through. They gave a fair price on my 2010 Honda CR-V and I always heard good things about their service department so I'll be sure to check it out. I did have to wait a little bit on the lot for a sales person to come help me, but I thought about it afterwards and that approach is much better than the "Can I help you!" we got at all the other dealerships right when we got out of our car. more

Absolute best deal hands down of every dealership I contacted for a new 2010 Honda civic. They also quoted the best price on a used accord but I decided to get a new car since Hondas hold their value so well. This is my 3rd honda and I'm very happy with it. I used to drive a subaru more
