We first met Frank Velten at one of his very informative seminars shortly after we moved to Florida 12 years ago. We were impressed from the beginning, and soon after, we asked him to become our financial advisor. We have been happy with the performance of our accounts under his management more than ever before. Our portfolio has grown significantly over the years, what more could we ask for in our retirement? We have found that Frank and his staff go above and beyond in service, with frequent calls and letters, and by always having the time to talk to us whenever we call – you do not get bounced around in voice mail there, someone personally answers the phone. He makes sure we are knowledgeable of and comfortable with what is happening in our accounts, which was so important to us when the recession hit. The success in our investments, and the personal service and attention he gives makes me confident to recommend him, and several of my friends have also become his clients on that recommendation. I am happy to say that Frank has also become a dear friend since we have been with him, because he treats us like more than a customer, he treats us like we are part of his family. Joining the F. J. Velten & Sons family was one of the best moves we ever made, right up there with retiring to Florida! Vera & Don D.
