Review content:
Yes the rent is cheap but this is not the best place to live. Th paint job sucks there is paint all over the carpets. The aparment was not ver clean when I moved in. NO weather stripping on the doors, when I tolde maintenance that I could see the outside from underneath the door nothing was done so I fixed that myself. The appliances are very very old my Refrigerator sounds like it is about to take off. The insulation is not very good the upstairs is very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer. Electric bill averages 130.00 summer and winter with the thermastat set on 78 degrees. I suggest if you can afford to pay more look for something else. I can not wait for my lease to be up so that I can move. The only other bonus is that area is very quite and not very many children live there.
