Review content:
Within 2 weeks after installation, my countertop developed surface chips. I hadn't dropped anything or placed something roughly on the surface. I live alone and would know. I called Nature's Stone. Instead of sending someone to correct the problems, I was told to call if there were any more problems. Thanks a lot. Since March 2008 when the countertop was installed, I have looked at the chipped surface every day and grow more frustrated. Don't buy products from Nature's Stone. They have no customer service after they get your money. Since then, I have more tiny pock marks. Since I'm overly cautious, I have never even laid anything roughly on the surface. It's as if the small granite pieces chip off when the counter is wiped with a damp cloth. It's also frustrating because I was made to feel that it was my fault.
