Nature's Stone

I LOVE my granite counters. I have had them now for a couple of years and they are as wonderful as the day they put them in. The installers were excellent and left my kitchen spotless!! Thanks Nature's Stone!! more

I really enjoyed my purchase with Nature Stone, They have a huge warehouse, you can see all the stone, and also they help us lay out the kitchen. when I need a quick around time, they help me make it happen. and everything turn out just perfect. more

Do not buy any granite from this business. After I gave my down payment, I was informed that there was going to be extra charges that were not in anyway mentioned previously. These people have horrible communication skills and will try to take as much money from you as they can. Before I put down my down payment, I asked every possible question to make sure the total cost was going to be the price we discussed. A couple weeks later they decided to try and charge me five dollars more per square foot. I put up a fight. Next she decided they didn't want to install. Then after making me very upset and deciding they would still install as originally agreed upon, she decided that the only way to squeeze more pennies out of me she would charge one hundred dollars for a very difficult granite cut for our farm sink. After the install, we examined these one inch straight easy cuts. This is a bad bussiness who will change the terms after they get your money!!!! more

Within 2 weeks after installation, my countertop developed surface chips. I hadn't dropped anything or placed something roughly on the surface. I live alone and would know. I called Nature's Stone. Instead of sending someone to correct the problems, I was told to call if there were any more problems. Thanks a lot. Since March 2008 when the countertop was installed, I have looked at the chipped surface every day and grow more frustrated. Don't buy products from Nature's Stone. They have no customer service after they get your money. Since then, I have more tiny pock marks. Since I'm overly cautious, I have never even laid anything roughly on the surface. It's as if the small granite pieces chip off when the counter is wiped with a damp cloth. It's also frustrating because I was made to feel that it was my fault. more
