Dave, the salesman, was not your typical salesman. Very laid back, nice, informative, trusting (let my boyfriend and I test drive by ourselves), and just an all-around nice man. I bought a brand new car and he still came down in price. He didn't try to use key phrases or certain sales techniques, he was just down-to-earth and was honest with my boyfriend and I.
The sales tactic came into play when they wanted me to get a package that prevented staining in the car and that protected the color of the car. The finance guy was nice, but a little over the top. I kept on saying no, and he finally threw it in for free. So kudos to me :)
I was literally in and out of there in 2 1/2 hours--that is incredible for a car dealership. They told me about their free car washes for life and even told my boyfriend he could come in as well.
