Review content:
This is by far our families favorite St. Louis attraction. Admission to the Zoo is free!! You do have to pay to park in the parking lot but limited street parking is available for free. There is also an admission charge for the children's zoo, the train ride, the Insectarium. Animals are housed in a natural environment - you may have to look to find them. The rolling hills of the zoo can be tiring. Concessions are available but you are free to bring your picnic lunch from home as well. The staff is friendly and you won't find a cleaner, more attractive attraction. It's so big you will find it hard to see it all in one day. Go back, you're sure to see and learn something new.
