Bad: The lack of accountability for their mistakes and miscommunication. The lack of respect for unit owners. The property manager's decision to park in my unused parking spot when she visited the property without talking with me....how did I find out? I came home from work early one day to see a strange car in my spot. Was she renting that spot from me? No, so why was she parking there, like it's her spot!. Improvements: Some humility, a desire to serve the residents and perform work commensurate with their outrageous fees.. Other: I've now lived in 3 properties managed by them, and nothing has changed over the years. When I move again, the first question I will ask is who's managing and if it's FP, I'm out. They are disrespectful, greedy, and lazy..
