Review content:
Managers are trained to be "cold blooded" it doesn't matter if you are young or old, rich or poor, even old Greek grandmothers are treated like animals. They should be ashamed! I saw it more than 20 times just standing waiting at the customer service desk. The elderly customers were afraid of bringing something rotten back (with a receipt). This was in Portsmouth, NH and when I spoke to the customers in front of me, they told me "it's always like this, they refuse to take anything back and treat us like animals", one customer told me they could not sleep at night. One customer told me they allow MB to treat them like this because the food was cheaper and they had no choice. Very, very sad. This tells me a lot about Greek people and money! No Soul
