I have used the services of Jeff Molloy (Check Mark Services) on several occasions. His home inspecting skills are equalled by few and his service by none. He is always fair, honest and fun to work with. If you don't want to hear the good and the bad go elsewhere, because he is going to give you everything. I have used Jeff for 3 inspections and can tell you that he has saved us much more then the cost of the inspections on every occasion. Call and speak with him and you will "feel" the difference that he brings to the table...a perfect balance of intellect, humor, and caring. I have also used their BioShield product in both my New York and Connecticut homes and am very pleased with the results. Its a great feeling to find people who still earn their money and give you a good value. Thanks Jeff.
