Review content:
Working with Townside has been the worst rental company experience I've ever had (this is the fourth company I've rented from) and I haven't even moved in yet. The people I was in contact with were rude, not helpful, lazy and curt. They made no effort to right a wrong that they created concerning my move in date. While I have yet to experience any of the other parts of their business besides the customer service, I will say that their customer service was extremely lacking. Not satisfied.
