Nice place they make you feel like you are part of the family until their is a problem or difficult issue then they disappear. As the customer I feel things should go my way not the way the employees or owners of Lindsay Lakes thinks it should go. They are not the experts they think they are plus I did not feel like we were validated with our problems but pacified. After all they had our money so what was our recourse? I have read the other two reviews on venue but you have to remember Leslie is no longer their which is a great loss for them. Not certain where that person was coming from. Erin is gone too another loss for them! Now they have Norma and she was called by many as the mouthy bossy person during our event. Not as good as she thinks she is but that is just my opinion. I have been in customer service for to many years to believe she really cares about you. She doesn't return phone calls so that does not make it easy for you to plan your event either. The owners are nice but don't want to know if you have problems or issues. After all they made their money and if you didn't have a successful event that isn't their problem. When you spend that kind of money you should walk away feeling like your event was a success for everyone and if their are problems things should be worked out to make the customer feel good in the end. This is not what was done in anyway shape or form. Pros: The grounds and buildings are beautiful Cons: Two faced people
