Lindsay Lakes Restaurant

Nice place they make you feel like you are part of the family until their is a problem or difficult issue then they disappear. As the customer I feel things should go my way not the way the employees or owners of Lindsay Lakes thinks it should go. They are not the experts they think they are plus I did not feel like we were validated with our problems but pacified. After all they had our money so what was our recourse? I have read the other two reviews on venue but you have to remember Leslie is no longer their which is a great loss for them. Not certain where that person was coming from. Erin is gone too another loss for them! Now they have Norma and she was called by many as the mouthy bossy person during our event. Not as good as she thinks she is but that is just my opinion. I have been in customer service for to many years to believe she really cares about you. She doesn't return phone calls so that does not make it easy for you to plan your event either. The owners are nice but don't want to know if you have problems or issues. After all they made their money and if you didn't have a successful event that isn't their problem. When you spend that kind of money you should walk away feeling like your event was a success for everyone and if their are problems things should be worked out to make the customer feel good in the end. Lindsay Lakes is amazing! I don't know what the other girl was talking about as far as the people being awful. Leslie is not there anymore. The people are GREAT! The owners, Jim and Shari Lindsay are family oriented, down to earth, and really care about the brides and their family. The staff, Erin, and Norma are amazing. They listen well, and make everthing flow so well. All the vendors they suggested were awesome, and the food was breathtaking. My husband's and my wedding was a fairytale at Lindsay Lakes, and I would suggest this place to ANYBODY looking for a facility. The place is a one-stop-shop. They can take care of food, photographer, linens, cake, limo, honeymoon, etc. Definietly check this place out :). Pros: Staff, food, parking, time, EVERYTHING! Cons: Nothing more

Watchout! The Owner drinks a lot and came to my wedding drunk. The person who helped me out the most Leslie dresses showing everything as if she wanted to sleep with my soon to be husband it was awful! The place is really pretty but beware of the people! more
