We were so pleased to find Jeff as he is straight talking individual who evidently is great at his job and enjoys it. Our Realtor was so impressed with him she is going to recommend him to all of her clients.
Jeff actually performed 2 inspections for us and on the basis of his report we did not proceed with the purchase of the first property as he identified so many issues the place was screaming 'money pit'. We are first time home buyers and were emotionally attached to what we thought was our first property but Jeff presented the information and took the time to explain all aspects so we could make an informed decision.
I am pleased to say the second inspection was just as thorough and did not show as many issues. I would highly recommend Jeff and that you spend the time to shadow him on the inspection as you will learn a huge amount about your potential new home and building regulations in general.
