Good: The food was good.. Bad: Father's Day 2010, three patrons in cafe when my friend and I arrived. Waitress messes up on two patrons bills. Friend has 10% coupon and debit card. Coupon is not valid as it is Father's Day, no restrictions on coupon. Fee on debit card after running it through. Waitress has screwed up three patron's bills and says it just a couple of dollars what's the beef. She is a thief and is ripping people off. Should not advertise with coupons as they do not honor them for one reason or another. One word thief!. Improvements: Honest wait staff. Fee's for debit/credit clearly posted and on menu. Honor coupons that's why people come.
Perhaps an apology as this will be sent to the BBB of Leavenworth. If three patrons where ripped off in a row, should tell something is terribly wrong.. Other: Due to the service and dishonesty I would have to rate this establishment a 1.
