I had a vehicle that needed major a/c service. 6 months later the same part died (broke) and Story Brothers wouldn't replace it. I even offered to pay for the part if they paid for the labor. I ended up taking it to the dealer and they fixed the same part for maybe $100 more BUT they guaranteed it. 9 months to a year later the same part failed and they repaired and replaced it for free! The dealer found out that there was a recall on a part that cause the compressor to get plugged up and making it break. Story Brothers could have found this too if only they looked at the service bulletins for my car.
