I brought my jeep to get looked at for a steering stabilizer problem, shaking uncontrollable- they put a used part on and never told me.You should be given a choice of new or used. A couple months later I took my vehicle back and said it is not fixed, it is still shaking very bad, they took a look said the tires were low on air and that there is nothing wrong. Went to the dealership to get a second opinion and sure enough they told me it is because there is a used part and it is not working right. I called furious and they ordered a new part. By now I have paid for Story Bros to supposedly fix it and the dealership to look to see what they weren't telling me. The owner himself said the new part was a $50 difference and they would fix it. NOT that they were going to make me pay. When I went to pick it up, they charged me for the difference. This is not good business. I had to go back twice after having my vehicle worked on and it was their fault, my jeep was very unsafe to drive and they can't take a $50 hit to show good business and that want to keep me as a customer. I say never again. more

I had a vehicle that needed major a/c service. 6 months later the same part died (broke) and Story Brothers wouldn't replace it. I even offered to pay for the part if they paid for the labor. I ended up taking it to the dealer and they fixed the same part for maybe $100 more BUT they guaranteed it. 9 months to a year later the same part failed and they repaired and replaced it for free! The dealer found out that there was a recall on a part that cause the compressor to get plugged up and making it break. Story Brothers could have found this too if only they looked at the service bulletins for my car. more
