I visited this salon on Saturday, June 19, for the first time and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a salon...if it even rates the title. I went in for color, cut/style, brow and lash tint. The hairdresser proceeded to dye my forehead, ears and the back of my neck black. Come to find out... she had only been working for two days after graduating school. When she was done coloring, I looked like someone had taken black spray paint to my hair, skin, ears, etc. I was in tears and not even the co-owner/manager offered any assistance in fixing the matter. The inexperienced hairdresser told me that after a few shampoos... it should come off. REALLY?? I even had to pay for them making me look ridiculous! I will post pictures if possible. Thanks to Holly at Perfect Touch Day Spa & Salon...318-741-0483... I was not forced to attend my business function looking completely ridiculous. What tops it off, is that no apologies or even recognition was given to what had happened even though I was in complete tears. This place is horrible and completely unprofessional. The only reason they received one star is because I had to choose something. This place rates nothing.
