It not the first time I buy there. I never had a problem with one of their product except yesterday. I bought an easel at 120$. One screw is missing. I called the customer service and said they would send me a hardware pack. They called me back today to let me know that they just can't send me one because they can't lose one bag that would go in a new box of easel. ????? So, When a piece is missing, don't expect them to help you with that. They don't care. They said: We understand Ma'am, but that doesn't change the fact that I have to BUY this screw for a BRAND NEW easel bought YESTERDAY!!!!!! I think I will buy from Discount school supply. I had a better experience with a missing piece and their price is cheaper.
