Lakeshore Learning Store

It not the first time I buy there. I never had a problem with one of their product except yesterday. I bought an easel at 120$. One screw is missing. I called the customer service and said they would send me a hardware pack. They called me back today to let me know that they just can't send me one because they can't lose one bag that would go in a new box of easel. ????? So, When a piece is missing, don't expect them to help you with that. They don't care. They said: We understand Ma'am, but that doesn't change the fact that I have to BUY this screw for a BRAND NEW easel bought YESTERDAY!!!!!! I think I will buy from Discount school supply. I had a better experience with a missing piece and their price is cheaper. more

I wasn't that lucky! I will forever remember how dreadful their service was! I was waiting 1st on the Q-line for paying, I followed their instruction and queue at the designated line .I had waited patiently for about 20mins!!!( Cus the cashier was cashiering with the customer before me) . Finally just when it was supposed to be my turn(Finally) The cashier told me she had to run to the back! Then another cashier came over and opened up the other register and had service the couple behind me! Guess what????!!!! I was told by the both the cashier , i had to queue up all over again! ( I was 1st in line , EXCUSE ME, and i had to start over again from being 1st to get behind NO. 7 person ???!!! I was so mad and felt i was treated bad service , i left the stuff i Q- up for payment at the cashier and walked off! ( I had one 5 yrs old getting bored and impatient and a sleeping 3 yr old with my hubby getting frusted from waiting too long inside the car)!!! I will Never Ever Shop in "LakeShoreLearning" store in Bellevue again! There are alot better website and way cheaper educational stuff to buy from online. I will never need to be treated BAD service ever again from such bad personalised staff service . Just my luck! more

I teach at a preschool, and I buy alot of great stuff here! Everything from Art supplies to Books. I would recommend this even to people who do not Teach. The prices are fairly reasonable. I have never had trouble parking. They do offer free Saturday Art Project/Activities for children.One day my daughter and I spent 2 hours in there! more

Lakeshore Learning Store is such a great place for parents and educators alike. They have everything that my child's teacher recommends for his development. I have bought all sorts of things there, including "manipulatives" (to increase hand strength and coordination), CDs, a nap mat. The downside is you can really go broke there. They have a discount for teachers but I don't qualify, unfortunately! They have art activities for the kids once in a while. It's great fun to go and look around. more

Lakeshore Learning Store has lots of school and teaching supplies. They have rows of colorful, fun posters about every subject imaginable. They also sell manipulatives, games, wall borders, and have a small selection of books. It is always fun to see what new things they have. Parking can be a problem, other than that, it is a great place for teachers to shop! more
